Introduction
10HL, 20HL, 30HL beer brewing system produced by us is a set of technological equipment for the production of fresh beer. Brew master make their beer attractive to consumers by unique brewing process and distinctive beer taste.
If desired, they can be placed directly in places of consumption of beer: restaurants, pub, bars, hotels, tourist and shopping centers.
Interpreter may be faced with polished brass, copper besides stainless steel. Also, the microbrewery is placed behind a glass partition that allows visitors to observe the process of making beer.
This is an excellent design solution interior and a powerful marketing tool.
Most installation in restaurants, bars and hotels used microbrewery with a capacity from 1000 to 3000L. A network of restaurants uses equipment with higher capacity.
Alston microbreweries are installing at the customer's company turn-key.

Standard Setup
● Mash tank with top stir, paddle type mixer, VFD, with steam condensing unit, bottom agitator for optional.
● Lauter with top stir, VFD, automatic grain spent, wort collect pipes, Milled sieve plate. bottom raker for optional.
● Brew kettle steam heating, with steam condensing unit, internal heater for optional.
● Whirlpool tank with tangent wort inlet.
● Piping connection to be TC or DIN.
● Support fittings: double / single stage plate cooler, piping strainer, grist hydrator, wort sink etc
● Standard brewhouse platform or customized

2.Fementation tank
All tanks are made by sanitary SS304 material, which meet international food safety and hygiene standard.
They are cylindrical cone bottom tank, the cone is 60-72degree for exhaust the yeast easier.
The external are made by 2B stainless steel drawing board, connected by welding.
The internal pickling passivation treatment, and equiped with 80mm polyurethane insulation.
The tanks with dimple cooling jacketon cone and cylinder, they are cooled by glycol water or alcohol water.
Also the glycol inlet is seperated control according to volume of tank.

Insulated glycol water tank with or without copper coil for glycol liquid holding and mixing.

7. Controlling Unit
