According to customers' usage habits and brewing requirements, we divide mashing into the following categories:
Brewhouse:
Combined system(mash boiling tank, upper lauter and bottom whirlpool)
2vessel(mash/lauter tank, kettle/whirlpool tank),
3vessel(mash tun, lauter tank, kettle/whirlpool tank);
Basic configuration:
&Malt handling unit: Including malt miller.
&Brewhouse: 3 vessel with steam/electric heating
&Cellar: Fermenters, storage tank and BBT/ for fermentation of different kinds of beer/all assembled and isolated/optional.
&Cooling: Chiller connected with glycol tank/ice water tank and plat cooler for wort cooling.
&CIP: Fixed CIP station range from 50L to 100L.
&Control system: PID or PLC control system for simple operation.
